Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Payment
1.1. All bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance. 1.2. A deposit is required to secure your booking. 1.3. Full payment is due before the event date.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event: Full refund less £25 admin fee. 2.2. Cancellations made 7-14 days before: 50% refund. 2.3. Cancellations made less than 7 days before: No refund.
3. Weather Policy
3.1. In the event of adverse weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel for safety reasons. 3.2. Weather cancellations will receive a full refund or free reschedule.
4. Supervision Requirements
4.1. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. 4.2. Maximum user capacity must not be exceeded. 4.3. No food, drink, shoes, or sharp objects on the equipment.
5. Liability
5.1. The hirer accepts full responsibility for the safety of all users. 5.2. We maintain public liability insurance. 5.3. Any damage to equipment will be charged to the hirer.
6. Setup and Collection
6.1. We require access to a suitable power supply. 6.2. The setup area must be clear and level. 6.3. Equipment must be used only in the agreed location.
