Cancellation Refunds

More than 14 days before event

Full refund less £25 administration fee.

7-14 days before event

50% refund of the total booking value.

Less than 7 days before event

No refund available.

Weather Cancellations

If we cancel due to unsafe weather conditions:

• Full refund, or
• Free reschedule to another available date

Damage and Deposits

Security deposits will be refunded within 5 working days, less any deductions for damage.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us with your booking reference to request a refund. Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days.
